HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes 3-5 working days inside Egypt

just note that weekends and official holidays are excluded

you can always check shipping rates while checking out

delivery charge is always the responsibility of the customer

in cases of returns (shipping fees will apply)

,such as the item doesn’t fit , dont like the color/quality , changed your mind , ordered by mistake

(even if it was shipped for free under our free shipping promo )

If there’s anything wrong with your order ,

we have a very simple return/exchange policy :

You can just return it while the courier at your door with paying for shipping

or exchange the order (shipping fees will apply) as we will proceed a new order for you

We deliver an open package , you can check and try your items once they are delivered

in case you’re not satisfied with your order

you can exchange the order or return it only while the courier at your door & pay for shipping fees.

that’s why we recommend to receive it yourself
