HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery within Egypt typically takes 3–5 working days.

Please note that weekends and official holidays are not included in this timeframe.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of returns, shipping fees will apply. This includes situations such as:

-The item does not fit

-Dissatisfaction with color or quality

-Change of mind

-Incorrect order placement

Please note that shipping fees apply even if the order originally qualified for a free shipping promotion.

WHAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG?
We understand that this is a common concern. For your convenience, you may choose to pay upon delivery.

If there is any issue with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange policy:

-You may return the item immediately while the courier is at your door, with shipping fees applied.

-Alternatively, you may request an exchange also while courier is at your door . In this case, a new order will be processed, and shipping fees will apply.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
All orders are delivered as open packages, allowing you to inspect and try your items upon delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it only while the courier is present, subject to applicable shipping fees. For this reason, we recommend that you personally receive your order.

Please ensure that any returned item includes all original packaging, inserts, and accessories as received.
